Orders of $150 or more will receive FREE DELIVERY.
A flat rate of $9.95 applies for orders under $150 for Australia and New Zealand. We also offer an express shipping option for a flat rate fee of $15.
Delivery times are generally 3-5 days from placement of order. An email will be sent with tracking information when the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
International delivery is $25 to the rest of the world. This does not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country; any duties or taxes payable are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Hickory Hill accepts MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. We do not accept cash, cheque or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) as we operate an online payment system only.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled once they've been submitted provided that the order has not been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel an order. Where an order has already been dispatched we will be unable to modify it. Please note that where an item has been personally monogrammed, that item is not eligible for refund or exchange.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in Australian dollars and where appropriate are inclusive of GST (goods & services tax) at the current rate. For orders outside of Australia, the customer will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches the destination country.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return your items within 60 days for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
We exchange or refund any unused products returned in the original packaging with all the labels intact.
Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please note that delivery costs and gift vouchers are not refundable. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

We will exchange your goods or refund your payment as instructed upon receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition.
Refunds are always made in the manner of the original purchase, for example, credit card payments will have refunds placed on the same card.

Hickory Hill Home products are generally made of 100% natural fibres - predominantly cotton and linen. Please ensure you follow the care instruction labels on each product to achieve optimal performance and longevity. We encourage washing all products prior to using and avoiding laundry products which contain oxygen based bleaching agents.
All our products are designed to be used for everyday and we encourage environmentally friendly care processes - washing in cold water and line drying.

All Hickory Hill Home sleepwear is designed to comply with Australian standards (AS/NZS 1249:2003 - Australian and New Zealand Product Safety Standards for Children's Nightwear).

* Nightwear that is snug fitting is less likely to catch fire than loose fitting nightwear
* Always keep children at least one metre away from heaters and other sources of heat
